Cancellation Policies

Partial Refund: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
